It’s been a long time~I was pretty busy with work and stuff.
There’s so many recipes to share and I finally have time to post because it’s korean fullmoon festival holidays!
First one is seasoned cucumber & onion.
< Ingredients >
some water parsley
one and a half tablespoons red pepper powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon corn syrup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
a little bit sesame seed
slice cucumber, water parsley and onion
put them all into a bowl
add all ingredients for seasoning
simple and easy recipe 🙂
