Seasoned Grilled Eel


super healthy food!! 🙂

< Ingredients >

some eel

*seasoning :

one tablespoon red pepper paste

one tablespoon soy sauce

one tablespoon cooking wine

one tablespoon crushed garlic

one teaspoon crushed ginger

one tablespoon sugar

a little bit pepper

clean eel and remove entrails

cook in 200 degree oven for 10 minutes

cover with seasoning

cook each side for 10 minutes
