seasoned pepper leaves


do you know that you can eat pepper leaves?!

I just found it out and it was pretty good 😀

< Ingredients >

pepper leaves 300g

one tablespoon coarse salt

*seasoning:

one and a half tablespoons fish sauce

2 tablespoons red pepper powder

one teaspoon crushed garlic

some sesame seed

prepare pepper leaves

don’t need stem

cleam two or three times

In a pot, pour water (add coarse salt) and boil

blanch the leaves slightly

rinse with cold water

drain

put into a bowl and mix with all ingredients for seasoning


sprinkle some sesame seed
