Today’s last recipe is seasoned vegetable for korean fullmoon festival holidays !!! 😀

< Ingredients >

*bean sprouts 500g

2 tablespoons salt

one teaspoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon mushroom powder

one tablespoon sesame oil & sesame seed

*sweet cabbage 500g

a little bit salt

one and a half tablespoon soy sauce

one tablespoon mushroom powder

one teaspoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon sesame oil & seed

*ballon flower roots 500g

one teaspoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon mushropm powder

one tablespoon dried shrimp powder

a half cup of water

2 tablespoons salt

one tablespoon sesame oil & seed

*bracken 500g

one teaspoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon mushropm powder

one tablespoon dried shrimp powder

a half cup of water

2 tablespoons salt

one tablespoon sesame oil & seed

* 1/2 white radish

2 tablespoons salt

a half cup of water

 one teaspoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon mushroom powder

one tablespoon dried shrimp powder

one tablespoon sesame oil & seed

clean bean sprouts

boil a little bit an drain

put  bean sprouts and  all ingredients for bean sprouts in a bowl

mix well

clean sweet cabbage

blanch in boiling water (added a little bit salt)

rinse with cold water and drain

put all into a bowl

mix well

prepare cleaned ballon flower roots

In a pan, pour water and put the roots

cook a little bit

put all ingredients

stir and sprinkle sesame seed

wash bracken and slice into some pieces

In a pan, pour water and put sliced bracken

cook a little bit

put all ingredients

stir and sprinkle sesame seed

slice 1/2 white radish

In a pot, put all ingredients and cook

till there’s no water

sprinkle sesame seed

5 kinds of seasoned vegetable are ready


you can make delicious bibimbap with them 🙂
