a block of tofu
one green onion
7 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
3 tablespoons red pepper powder
1 tablespoon red pepper oil
Prepare sliced chillies and green onion
Mix 7 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon crushed garlic, 3 tablespoons red pepper powder and 1 tablespoon red pepper oil.
This is braised tofu’s seasoning sauce!
In a pan, put sliced tofu, chillies and green onion,
Add the sauce on it.
