Youngia sonchifolia kimchi

I’d like to introduce you this special kimchi!

This kimchi is a little bit bitter but really food for your health ^^

< Ingredients >

two bunch of youngia sonchifolia

a cup of salt

water 1500cc

some chives and carrot

*seasoning: red pepper powder

anchovy sauce

anchovy stock

crushed garlic

crushed ginger

sesame seed

corn syrup

Prepare fresh youngia sonchifolia

peel the roots

clean and slice into several pieces

soak in salt water for 5 hours and rinse several times.

And then, soak in water for an hour and rinse several times.


mix all ingredients for seasoning !

prepare some sliced chives and carrot

In a bowl, put all of them

mix well and add some sesame seed
