pickled chillies


Easy pickle recipe with soy sauce!

< Ingredients >

some chillies

*pickle water ratio: soy sauce 1 : water 1 : vinegar 1 : sugar 1


prepare some chillies

remove stem

cut the end of chillies off

put them into a container

boil pickle water, cool down and pour in the container
put a stone of them and leave it for three days

pour out the pickle water, boil, cool down and pour again

You can eat this pickle after a week!:)
