candied ginger


candied ginger is so good snack!

It’s sweet and even good for a  cold 🙂
< Ingredients >

ginger 1 : sugar 0.8 (ratio)

prepare gingers

peel

rinse under cold water and drain

slice all using slicer

soak in cold water for 30 minutes

leave them in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain

In a pan, put gingers and sugar

boil over high heat

If it’s cooked enough, cook over low heat

keep stirring

See white sugar on the surface?!

It’s done then 🙂

cool them down

store into a jar
