seasoned cockle with white radish

Today’s last recipe is seasoned cockle with white radish 🙂

< Ingredients >

1/4 white radish

cockle 200g

some radish leaves and chives

*seasoning

red pepper powder 2 tablespoons

soy sauce 1 and 1/2 tablespoons

sesame oil 1 tablespoon

crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

vinegar 1 tablespoon

corn syrup 1 tablespoon

some sesame seed


Prepare all ingredients

soak cockles in cold water with salt for awhile

and then wash well

boil

rinse under cold water and drain

slice white radish, radish leaves and chives

Put sliced white radish and red pepper powder in a bowl

mix well

put all other ingredients

mix well again

Egg roll with seaweed fulvescens

7 eggs

1/3 pack of seaweed fulvescens

salt and olive oil

Prepare egg and  seaweed fulvescens

rinse  seaweed fulvescens under cold water and drain

slice into several pieces

make egg wash and add some salt

put sliced  seaweed fulvescens

mix well

pour some egg mixture in a greased pan and slight cook

then roll up


slice into 3cm size

Lotus root and burdock boiled in soy sauce

Easy and healthy side dishes 🙂

– for lost root boiled in soy sauce

lotus root 400g

vinegar 1 tablespoon

some sesame seed

*seasoning

a cup of water

1/3 cup of soy sauce

4 tablespoons corn syrup

– burdock boiled in soy sauce

burdock 800g

vinegar 2 tablespoons

some sesame seed

*seasoning

3 cups of water

one and a half cups of soy sauce

corn syrup 13 tablespoons


Prepare lotus roots and peel

slice into 3~4cm size

and soak in cold water with a little bit of vinegar for 30 minutes

rinse under cold water and cook for 5 minuts

In a pot, put lotus roots and pour soy sauce

boil down and add corn syrup

sprinkle some sesame seed

Prepare burdock

slice thinly

and soak in cold water with a little bit of vinegar for 30 minutes
