seasoned sweet potato stem


Do you know that you can eat sweet potato stem?!

It’s not only healthy but also tastes good!

< Ingredients >

sweet potato stem 460g

a little bit salt

*seasoning

anchovy sauce 4 tablespoons

red pepper powder 2 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1/2 tablespoons

some sesame seed


peel sweet potato stem

In a pot, boil water with a little bit of salt

put the stem

blanch

rinse in cold water and drain

slice into 3~4cm

Put slice stem and all seasoning in the bowl

mix well

done! 🙂
