beef gimbap with sesame leaf


Today’s recipe is beef gimbap with sesame leaf!

Normal gimbap is nice but sometimes this  special gimbap is good to try!

< Ingredients >

beef for bulgogi 500g

sheets of dried laver

sesame leaves

chillie pickle

*seasoning

soy sauce 5 tablespoons

sugar 2 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

cooking wine 1 tablespoon

sesame oil 1 tablespoon

sesame seed & pepper


Prepare all ingredients for gimbap

finely chop chillie pickle

wash sesame leaves well and drain

In a bowl, put beef and all ingredients for seasoning

Mix well and leave it for 20 minutes

stir-fry

put sliced pickle and mix well

mix rice with sesame oil, sesame seed and a little bit of salt

On a sheet of dried laver, put rice, sesame leaves and beef

roll up

slice into 2~3 cm size

sprinkle some sesame seed on it 🙂
