Bean leaves kimchi

One of special kimchi!

< Ingredients >

200 bean leaves


1 and 1/3 cups of anchovy sauce

1/2 cup of stock

red pepper powder 5 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

crushed ginger 1 tablespoon

sugar 2 tablespoons

some sesame seed

Prepare bean leaves

wash well and boil for 20 minutes

rinse under cold water several times

soak them in cold water for 30 minutes

squeeze water from leaves

In a bowl, put all ingredients for seasoning and mix well

cover each leaf with the seasoning

sprinkle some sesame seeds on it
