Quail’s egg boiled in soy sause


Easy side dish! 🙂

< Ingredients >

30 Quail’s egg

vinegar 2 tablespoons

5 chillies

some sesame seed

soysauce 1 : water 2  (ratio)

corn syrup 4 tablespoons

boil Quail’s egg

peel them

rinse under water well

put the boiled eggs and chillies in a pot and pour soy sauce and water

cook for a while and add corn syrup!

sprinkle some sesame seed
