Seasoned bean sprouts


pretty cheap but nice side dish! 🙂

< Ingredients >

bean sprouts 300g

chives

salt 1 tablespoon

*seasoning

red pepper powder 3 tablespoons

sesame oil 1 tablespoon

crushed garlic 1 teaspoon

soy sauce & sesame seeds

Prepare bean sprouts and wash well

boil in salty water for a bit and drain

put them into a bowl with sliced chives

add all ingredients for seasoning

mix well!

easy! 🙂
