radish leaves soup


This soup is based on soy bean paste and old people usually like this!

< Ingredients >

white radish’s leaves 600g

2 green onion

dried anchovy stock 2500cc

soy bean paste 5 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

mushroom powder 1 tablespoon

some sesame seeds powder

Prepare white radish’s leaves and blanch

slice into small pieces

In a bowl, put all ingredients

mix well

pour dried anchovy stock and boil

add some sesame powder

cook for a while!

    Soup you’re going to have a lot in the country! 😉
