seasoned cockle


My family loves seafood

 so my father sometimes visits Busan to buy fresh seafood

Thanks to him, we can eat seafood in the country sometimes 🙂

< Ingredients >

cockle 400g

salt 2 tablespoons

1/2 onion

chives

a chillie

*seasoning

red pepper paste 2 tablespoons

red pepper powder 3 tablespoons

soy sauce 6 tablespoons

corn syrup 6 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

sesame oil 1 tablespoon

some sesame seeds

soak cockles in salty water for an hour

wash well

boil

drain

remove the shells

Perpare chives, onion and chillie

mix all ingredients for seasoning

slice vegetables

put all ingredients in a bowl

mix well
