some shepherd’s purse

oil

2 cups of frying powder

one and a half cups of water

*sauce

soy sauce 3 tablespoons

a little bit of vinegar and red pepper powder


Prepare fresh shepherd’s purse

mix frying powder and water well

cover shepherd’s purse with it


fry!

so crispy!

Topinambour kimchi

picked some Topinambour and made kimchi with it!

Topinambour 300g

a green onion

coarse salt 1 tablespoon

*seasoning

red pepper powder 2 tablespoons

fish sauce 1 tablespoon

crushed garlic 1/2 tablespoon

crushed ginger 1/2 teaspoon

corn syrup 1 tablespoon

some sesame seeds


prepare Topinambour and green onion

slice into several pieces

mix it with coarse salt and leave it for 20 minutes

slice green onion

mix all ingredients for seasoning

rinse under cold water well and drain

put them all into a bowl

mix well and sprinkle some sesame seeds 🙂

stir-fried squid

First one is stir-fried squid!

< Ingredients >

a squid

2 onions

2 green onions

1/2 carrot

some shepherd’s purse

*seasoning

red pepper paste 3 tablespoons

red pepper powder 3 tablespoons

soy sauce 4 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

some sesame seeds


Prepare all ingredients

slice squid,

green onion, carrot, onion and shepherd’s purse

Mix all ingredients for seasoning

In a pot, put sliced vegetables

and squid on them

add seasoning

stir-fry over medium heat

looks good!!

sprinkle some sesame seeds
