Topinambour kimchi

picked some Topinambour and made kimchi with it!

< Ingredients >

Topinambour 300g

a green onion

coarse salt 1 tablespoon


red pepper powder 2 tablespoons

fish sauce 1 tablespoon

crushed garlic 1/2 tablespoon

crushed ginger 1/2 teaspoon

corn syrup 1 tablespoon

some sesame seeds

prepare Topinambour and green onion

slice into several pieces

mix it with coarse salt and leave it for 20 minutes

slice green onion

mix all ingredients for seasoning

rinse under cold water well and drain

put them all into a bowl

mix well and sprinkle some sesame seeds 🙂
