perilla gangjeong


Korean traditional snack 🙂

< Ingredients >

3 cups of perilla

2 cups of almond

oil

*syrup 18 tablespoons

corn syrup 3 : sugar 1.5 : water 2tablespoon, a little bit of salt (ratio)


Prepare perilla seeds

stir-fry perilla and almond


In a big bowl, put them and mix well


In a pot, put sugar, corn syrup, water and salt

boil over low heat and make syrup

put 18 tablespoons syrup

mix well

put them into a greased mould  and make it flat

take out and slice before it gets too hard


easy and healthy snack!
