mugwort soup


mugwort soup!

In korea, people start spring with this soup~:)

< Ingredients >

mugwort 200g

manila clam 250g

a green onion

soy bean paste 2 tablespoons

crushed garlic 1/2 tablespoon

some perilla powder

dried anchovy stock 1500cc

mugwort from mountain!

Prepare fresh mugwort and green onion

slice green onion

clean manila clam and drain

boil water with dried anchovy and take out them

season with soy bean paste

put manila clam and all vegetables


boil for a while

add perilla powder and cook for a bit 🙂
