pickled butterbur

made some pickled butterbur!

It’s a bit bitter but good for your health 🙂

< Ingredients >

some butterbur

  • *pickle water

soy sauce 1 : water 1 : vinegar 1 : sugar 1  (ratio)

Some butterbur in the garden of house 🙂

wash well and drain

put them into boiling salty water

slightly blanch

rinse under cold water and drain

Put all ingredients for pickle water, boil and cool down

In a container, put all butterbur

pour pickle water

put a plate on it

you can eat it after a day! 🙂
