pickled chinese pepper leaves


made some pickle with chinese pepper!

< Ingredients >

some chinese pepper leaves

*pickle water

soy sauce 1 : water 1 : vinegar 0.8 : sugar 0.8 (ratio)

there are many chinese pepper trees in the mountain

some leaves

wash well and drain

put them into a container

boil pickle water and cool it down

pour the water

put plate on it

leave it for a day

put into a jar, boil the pickle water, cool down and pour it again

store in refrig after two days
