seasoned cucumber

simple and healthy side dish 🙂

< Ingredients >

a cucumber

some chives

1/2 onion

a chillie


one and a half tablespoons red pepper powder

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon apple juice

2 tablespoons banana vingegar (or just vinegar)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

some sesame seeds

slice cucumber, chives, chillie and onion

put them into a bowl

put all ingredients except sesame seeds

mix well and then sprinkle some sesame seeds

super simple!
