seasoned zucchini and onion


Healthy side dish in country !

< Ingredients >

1/2 zucchini

1/2 onion

2 chillies

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon coconut oil

salt and sesame seeds


Prepare sliced zucchini, onion and chillies


In a pan, put some coconut oil and crushed garlic

stir fry over low heat


Add sliced zucchini and onion


stir fry!

when they’re cooked,


Put chillies and salt


Mix well and sprinkle sesame seeds
