Today, I want to introduce my healing food 🙂
My mom cooks this sweet pumpkin porridge when I have a cold or I feel down and lose my appetite.
Somehow this magical food makes me feel better!!

< ingredients >
1 sweet pumpkin
3 cups of water
2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
Wash a sweet pumpkin, remove seeds, then peel and slice
boil 3 cups of water with sliced pumpkins for a half hour
prepare 50g beans and boil them
Mash the pumpkins with a scoop when they are soft
put 2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
Continue to boil and stir
add prepared beans, 3 tablespoons sugar and 3/4 teaspoons salt
Stir and cook for 30 minutes over low heat
Then, it’s ready!!

1 tablespoon soy sauce
garlic chive 200g
10 leaves of Wrinkled Giant Hyssop
6 egg cockles (any kind of clam is fine)
grape seed oil
sauce : 3 tablespoons soysauce+1 tablespoon vinegar+1 teaspoon red pepper powder
clean all vegetables and egg cockles ( don’t forget to remove entrails) & drain them
slice garlic chive into 3cm piecs
finely chop the leaves and chilies
chop egg cockles into small pieces
Put all prepared vegetables and egg cockles into a bowl
Add flour 300g, water 600cc, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 egg
Oil the pan, add mixture, and griddle pancakes over medium heat
yaah, looks perfect!
