One of nice things to live near beach is I can get fresh seafood anytime!!
There’s a small fish market in my town and I usually go there once a week at least.
We bought clams today and cook stir-fried clams!!!
Seafood lover + spicy food lover will LOVE this 😀
< Ingredients >
2 tablespoons red pepper paste
2 tablespoons red pepper powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Wash clam shells with brush and get the clam meats out
Rinse with brine and drain
Cut leek, chillies and onion in small pieces
Mince clam meats
Wash shells and drain cause these are plates 🙂
Put 2 tablespoons red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a bowl
Add the oil and then the clams to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over low heat.
Put prepared seasoning
Stir-fry for 5 minutes
Add chopped vegetables
Stir-fry again for 5 minutes
Shell dish looks pretty nice 🙂
***caution : have this with RICE!!! little bit spicy
