Simple but good recipe of side dish!:)
< Ingredients >
some fish cake
a can of spam
1/2 onion
4 chillies
*seasoning:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons red pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons corn syrup
some sesame seed
Prepare sliced chillies, onion, fish cake and spam
slightly blanch fish cake and spam in boiling water
drain
In a pan, stir-fry red pepper powder, soy sauce and crushed garlic
put sliced vegetables, fish cake and spam
stir-fry over low heat for a while and add corn syrup
mix well and sprinkle some sesame seed
