Mugwort broth


Mugwort is also one of spring foods!

Usually make rice cake or soup with this 🙂

< Ingredients >

mugwort 200g

manila clam 250g

1 green onion

2 tablespoons soy bean paste

1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic

some perilla powder

stock : add 1 teaspoon dried anchovy powder

and 1 teaspoon seaweed powder

Wash mugwort well and drain

same for clam

slice green onion into small pieces

In a pot, pour water 1500cc and add

1 teaspoon dried anchovy powder &  1 teaspoon seaweed powder

When the water boils, dissolve soy bean paste

put mugwort and clams

Cook over medium heat

Add 1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic and some perilla powder

boil for a while

you can feel spring when you have this broth 🙂
