As I remember, I’ve uploaded this recipe several times.
Now I’m posting this one again and this means seasoned shishito pepper is so good side dish 🙂
< Ingredients >
shishito pepper 500g
one table spoon salt
seasoning : 3 tablespoons fish sauce,
red pepper power one and a half spoons,
1 tablespoon crushed garlic,
1 tablespoon sesame seed
stem peppers, wash and drain
In the boiling water, put one tablespoon salt and shishito peppers.
blanch!
rinse with cold water and drain
put peppers, red pepper powder, crushed garlic and fish sauce in a bowl
mix well~sprinkle some sesame seed
