candied ginger

candied ginger is so good snack!

It’s sweet and even good for a  cold 🙂
< Ingredients >

ginger 1 : sugar 0.8 (ratio)

prepare gingers

peel

rinse under cold water and drain

slice all using slicer

soak in cold water for 30 minutes

leave them in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain

In a pan, put gingers and sugar

boil over high heat

If it’s cooked enough, cook over low heat

keep stirring

See white sugar on the surface?!

It’s done then 🙂

cool them down

store into a jar

5 eggs

3 sheets of dried laver

salt and oil


make egg water and season with salt

In a greased pan, pour some egg water and cook over low heat

put a sheet of dried laver on it and roll


slice into several pieces

purple sweet potato soup

healthy and pretty sweet potato soup 🙂

< Ingredients >

purple sweet potato 140g

1/2 onion

milk 500cc

1/2 tablespoon butter

salt and pepper

prepare purple sweet potato and 1/2 onion

boil sweet potato and peel

In a pan, stir-fry onion with butter

Into a blender, put boiled sweet potato

and stir-fried onion

pour some milk and blend

pour into a pot and boil over low heat

keep stirring

add salt and pepper

mix well and it’s done 🙂
